Code Name Definition
Applicable
Devices
Passage Allows the user indefinite uncontrolled passage through
an opening. Entering the Passage code again returns
operation to normal. Lockout and man trap modes take
precedent over passage mode. Any attempt to put the
DKC in passage mode while either lockout or man trap
modes are active will result in an error. There can only
be one Passage code in the code database for the DK-37
and DK-38 but multiples can be used on Wiegand 2601
devices. Passage code must be 2 to 7 digits in length
when using a DK-37 or DK-38.
Can be used with
any connected
keypad or reader;
EXCEPT an Aperio
TM
hub.
Aperio products
conform to high
security
requirements that
do not allow
passage mode to
be used.
Lockout Allows the user to lock the keypad or reader indefinitely.
Entering the Lockout code again returns operation to
normal. The REX can still be used while lockout mode is
enabled to allow exiting. There can only be one Lockout
code in the code database for the DK-37 or DK-38 but
multiples can be used on Wiegand 2601 devices. Lockout
code must be 2 to 7 digits on a DK-37 or DK-38.
Can be used with
any connected
keypad or reader
One-Time Allows access but is automatically erased when it is
used. There can only be one One-Time code in the code
database. One-time code must be 2 to 7 digits on a DK-
37 or DK-38.
Can be used with
any connected
keypad or reader
